Mike Vidafar holds an Associate’s Degree in Biology and is a Baccalaureate of Stony Brook University’s Department of English. He currently works as a Hospital Administrator, and has previously worked as a staff journalist for New York Press. In addition to leading workshops on both genre and general writing techniques in New York City, Mike was chosen as an alumni judge for the 2012 Undergraduate Poetry Contest by Stony Brook University. Currently, he divides his time between Long Island and Manhattan, writing creatively and maintaining a steady addiction to stories.
